Overview

BRD holds a special place in the crypto community's heart. It's the first Bitcoin wallet on mobile, launched in 2014 before most of the world had heard of Bitcoin. With over $20 billion in assets under protection and 8 million customers who trust the brand, delivering the best and simplest experience was paramount. We built a brand new onboarding experience, Web3 connectivity flows, and an intuitive buy and sell experience in under six months, all while preserving the brand's vibrant and playful color palette that users have come to love. BRD was later acquired by Coinbase in 2021.
