# Aquarium — Super Labs A calm ambient aquarium at https://www.sprlbs.com/games/aquarium/ Free, no account, runs in the browser. It is a screensaver-style page meant to be left open on a second monitor rather than played. ## What's on the page - Procedurally animated fish in a rendered water tank: koi (Kohaku, Showa, Ogon, Asagi, Butterfly, Karasu), a regal tang, clownfish, and small schooling tetras and rasboras. Caustics, layered light shafts, drifting plants, bubbles, depth haze. - Blurred starfish creeping across the front of the glass, in front of the water rather than in it. - A large clock. Click it to toggle 12/24 hour, or place it in any of nine positions from the settings panel. - A looping lofi music station with track title, artist credit and a link to the artist. Next/previous track, volume. - A live count of how many people are watching the tank right now. - A settings panel (gear, top right): where the clock sits, which of the three widgets are shown, and whether the controls fade when you stop moving. ## Interaction - Tap or click anywhere to knock on the glass: a ripple and a soft tink. The water is a real height-field simulation and the whole scene is refracted through it, so the disturbance bends the fish and plants behind it rather than drawing rings on top. Simply moving the pointer does not disturb the water. - Tap near the top of the screen to tip a food shaker (the cursor becomes one there); keep holding and shake — either side to side or up and down — to keep pouring. Fish rise to the surface to eat the flakes. - Shy fish scatter from the pointer; curious ones come over to look. - Click or tap for a bigger ripple and a burst of bubbles. - Space plays/pauses music, arrow keys change track, F toggles fullscreen. - The interface fades away after about nine seconds of stillness.
